Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase for a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be in unused condition, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return. For online orders, we do not cover return shipping charges. Note: Clearance items are final sale.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent – unworn. If the tags have been altered (i.e., cut off, pinned, or reattached) in anyway the item cannot be accepted. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence cannot be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. In addition, clearance items and special orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
