POLICY AND TERMS
Orders received by 12PM on a business day will be processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours (likely much sooner), depending on availability. Online orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
*If your order contains multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a store credit for the item(s) not in stock.
Expedited shipping options, when available, will show at at checkout.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from CJKollective, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS, although Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service or the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc). CJKollective Boutique is not responsible for packages that show as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We do not issue refunds for packages that show as delivered.
